What do you get when you take one part comic book, one part science fiction, and one part videogame? Well if you live in China, Japan, or Germany, you get NOTHING! Now I know that the countries east of the American Border are a little strict, but this is ridiculous. It seems the upcoming game Dead Space has been banned from these three countries. WTF! Well, I personally live in America, so this news doesnt really affect me. But our friends across the pond are in for a bumpy ride in the future if theyre banning this game. I heard today that the lovely country Australia changed the whole morphine drug thing in Fallout 3 because of their unwillingness to rate the game unless it was censored. So now we are all getting the same watered-down game as them. Thanks, now where am I supposed to get my fix? So what is next on the content chopping block? No Lancers in GoW2 because a chainsaw and a gun are a deadly combination.

Unfortunately, weve recently found out that Dead Space will be banned in Germany, China and Japan. This is hard for us, especially after we got a chance to meet and hang out with so many amazing German fans and getting some great coverage at the Leipzig Games Convention last month. Wed like to thank the German, Chinese and Japanese communities for their amazing support and enthusiasm and say that we are truly sorry that you will not be able to find Dead Space in your local shop next month.
