XboxOhio is pleased to announce the 2006 fundraiser (our first), which will be continued as an annual event. Once a year, we will approach the XbO community in an effort to help offset the cost of running XboxOhio and to allow us to grow the community.
The 2006 fund raising goal is $200. This money will cover the yearly expense of domain names and help facilitate the move to a new host, which will allow for more space, faster speeds and more advanced development.
Starting August 1st and continuing through the end of the month, you will be able to contribute one of two ways:
1. Donate through PayPal via the link under the "Help us Grow" section on the main page.
2. Donate via check or money order. (Please PM Pastafarianism for a mailing address.)
Please include your XbO username/gamertag in the 'Note' area if contributing by PayPal, on the 'For' line if by check or on a piece of paper if paying by money order. This will assist us in accurately tracking the donations.
All members that donate will receive a special donation icon (based on donation level) to be displayed throughout XboxOhio, as well as a listing under the annual donation list (displayed by participation level). You will also be able to track the progress of the fundraiser via a graphic on XbO.
Participation is strictly voluntary and greatly appreciated.
