Supposedly there is a promotion celebrating the release of Halo 4 on Xbox LIVE. Xbox LIVE Rewards sent me an email about it. It states, and I quote, "Xbox LIVE Rewards has something very special planned for our members this November."

The email also says to follow @XboxLIVErewards on Twitter for more updates.
