Can we transfer arcade games from our 360's HDD to a flash drive? If so, I'm so moving the ones I rarely play but want to keep.

I would always select play from hard drive when starting a game. After the update, that option is gone and has been replace with delete from hard drive. It must now default to the drive if it finds the disk game is loaded to your HD. I have a 6 gig micro drive that I'll be trying later this week. I'm curious to see how this works.

Yup!
But I would just delete them, then when you want to play them again, just re-download it.
They can't charge you again anyways, unless you have XBLA games that aren't available anymore.

There are discontinued Arcade games?

Yes, there are discontinued Arcade games. I also forgot to mention in the original post that the official Microsoft USB sticks will have the system update itself on them, so those of you who keep your 360's offline would benefit from them, although I'm sure there is a cheaper way to obtain the update.

The official microsft USB drives are made by sandisk and they are ok they have the same thing as the drive you will format but already preloaded but they are cool I guess I never used mine and will probably just put it on ebay lol only limited amount of people were testing them mostly xbox guys but my friend hooked me up and they are cool not worth the price though for all you guys

I just set up a 4GB Sandisk drive I had laying around; formatting the stick took around a minute, and left me with 3.3GB of space to utilize. Copying a few MBs worth of game saves was quick and simple; I'll be moving more stuff, including my gamer profile, onto it later tonight. Also much smaller than carrying around a Memory Card :-D

The drive ms is planning to seel is no differnet then the one you are using but its already to go out of the box no formatting needed. Its just a usb drive that says microsft on one side and xbox 30 on the other and you can get them in different colors tahts what e was telling me anyways
