New System Update Live

Alright folks, Hektic is back, and with an explanation of the newest system update no less. The update, which went live starting today, was explained briefly by XBL's Major Nelson. Mainly addressing a few bugs caused by the last update, the most notable of which include an error with Xbox Music that affected some users, a fix concerning playlist names that were launched through Xbox SmartGlass, and an error with Xbox Video closed-captioning.

Nothing much to see, actually. While we're on the topic, however, has anyone utilized Smart Glass? I've tried it with my Windows Phone 7.5, and the Smart Glass app for iOS, but not from an actual Windows 8 device. I'm interested to see how the keyboard use works, as the WP7 app left a little to be desired.

I have used the Smart Glass feature on my laptop with Forza Horizon. Works well, it shows the map as I'm driving and will show my next destination on the map before my game does. Right now its a novel idea, but I can see the possibilities. I do have a Windows 8 phone but haven't tried Smart Glass on it since the time I tried it, I was doing it on my laptop
