Final Fantasy XIII confirmed as 3 discs

In previous JRPG's for the XBOX 360 a majority of the games came with multiple discs, Lost Odyssey still holding the most at 4 discs. For a big game such as Final Fantasy XIII there have been controversy about how many discs the 360 version would contain. According to an interview with Final Fantasy XIII director Motomu Toriyama he had guessed the game to be about 3 Discs but he wasn't exactly sure. There have many discussions about this until it was listed on Gamefly as a 3 Disc Rental. Square Enix USA confirms that Gameflys information is indeed true and so now we can expect 2 points in the game where we'll have to swap out our discs, my only concern however is if Square Enix will do us like they did in Star Ocean: The Last Hope where would have to swap between disc 2 and 3 to visit certain areas of the game, but we'll find this out on March 9th now wont we ...
