You are wrong. There is code. I just bought 3 bottle today. The Dr pepper bottles should still be available, but they're getting harder to find. Look for bottles with the EA logo on the label; the caps should be yellow. You'll need four codes to get all four kits.
Do not get the bottles with Iron Man on the label and the gold caps; those codes do not work for this promotion.
Finally got all kits.

@Sean - yeah I think you still have to go through DP, I don't think you can even enter them in game.

4 codes from 20 oz bottles at 1.49 a bottle (although I've heard it can be found for a buck) = $5.96
440 Microsoft points = $5.49
Of course this isn't taking into account the currency exchange rate (if that's even involved) but assumes that potentially the same deal could be offered here in America.
Just thought I'd mention that it's not like we're getting special treatment in the US. Although we do get the added benefit of a tasty DP with every outfit and a DP account! /sarcasm.
