crysis 2, according to xbox.com, is considered under the rating of "RP" or "Rating Pending" thus it hasn't been rated, and anyone can download it, child account or not.
bulletstorm, on the other hand, was put under the rating of "M" or "Mature" for multiple reasons, thus only accounts over age 17 can download it.
check, and mate.
the game is most likely freezing due to that fact it either sucks, the server is bad, too many people playing (unlikely, but possible), or your connection is having issues.

Crysis is meh, the melee's in it are f'ing annoying and overused already, didn't have any lag but the matchmaking system is atrocious already. Then it froze my 360 up when I tryed to go back to the dashboard from it so meh
