BioWare - New Mass Effect 2 DLC in 2 Weeks

BioWare just tweeted that they are planning on releasing some new Download content for the game Mass Effect 2.

The tweet says,

"Free in-game content in a couple weeks for those who have activated Cerberus Network! Stay tuned for more details."



There's no clues on given what the new download content is, if it's new missions or new in game items or costumes. There's a link given as well showing that it should be announced on the site when details are given.

Can a person buy cerberus over live for 1200 points? I know it is there, but can i buy it, and it count for the free dlc?
