Avatars to get new Features?

Xbox Avatars maybe getting new features in the future. Microsoft Game Studios are hiring for the position of animation designer, which could point to a big update regarding Xbox Live user Avatars.

Which shows that in the future they plan to do more things with the current avatar layout. With us thinking that this maybe a simple update to our stock avatars like the new Avatar Clothes DLC, this is a bit more serious as Microsoft is looking for someone with at least 5-10 years experience.
