The Godfather has tons of content hit Marketplace

News | October 24, 2006 7:38 am
Xbox 360 owners have the ability to pay real world dollars to advance themselves quickly through The Godfather. In what is quickly becoming the norm with Electronic Arts (They pulled the same stunt with Tiger Woods PGA Tour '07 last week), they released 13 bundles/items onto Xbox Live Marketplace today that will allow players to download weapons, Level-Four Items and in-game money for a cost of between 40 - 800 Microsoft Points (.50 - $10). There is one free download (apparel) and one expansion pack (Three favor missions).

Here is the compete list with cost:

MobFace Apparel Bundle - FREE
The Don Collection - 800 Pts
Level 4 Revolver - Black Widow - 100 Pts
Level 4 Pistol - Herzstopper - 100 Pts
Level 4 Magnum - Annihilator - 100 Pts
Level 4 Tommy Gun Spectre Minigun - 100 Pts
Level 4 Shotgun Lupara Semi-automatic - 100 Pts
Hired Assassin - 250 Pts

In-Game Money - $250K - 150 Pts
Level 4 Weapon Bundle - 400 Pts

EA is back at it. Charging for cheats codes and now they are charging for in-game money. First Tiger, now The Godfather.
