Project Sylpheed Free update issue and fix

There was technical glitch in yesterday's Project Sylpheed free update, so anyone that downloaded the new levels prior to last evening will need to delete and download it again. Thanks to Major Nelson for the heads up.

Here are the directions to correct: Go to System Blade>Memory>Hard Drive>Games>Project Sylpheed>6 New Missions & Weapons + Leaderboards and delete that file. Then redownload it from the Marketplace.
