With the success of the Zero controller line on the Playstation 2, Nyko announced today that they will be unveiling next-gen versions for both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The controllers will debut at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas with attendees able to get a hands-on demo.
The Zero for the PlayStation 2 was a hit with gamers and were extremely excited to bring the line to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, said Chris Arbogast, marketing manager at Nyko Technologies, Inc. Next-generation gaming is all about performance and the Zero line of controllers has been built specifically with that in mind. No matter what platform you use, the Zero line of controllers will have you gaming at a higher level.
The Zero line of controllers features 2.4Ghz wireless connectivity, heat dissipation through aluminum panels, backlit buttons, and power through a rechargeable battery pack or USB charging cable (included with controller).
The Zero line for PS3 and Xbox 360 are expected to become available in 1st Quarter 2007 at a MSRP of $49.99.
