Mass Effect Two In The Works

News | January 15, 2009 8:35 am
BioWare, one of many Canadian publishers, has been rather quiet recently. With the release of their popular game Mass Effect in 2007, they gave birth to a popular franchise. The game itself has seen one update, with the release of 'Bring Down the Sky'. However, BioWare has stated it would not be the only DLC.

A year and a half out of the gate and things look bleak. What better way to impress the fans though, than to unveil the sequel at the GDC '09. That's right, Mass Effect 2 will be making some semblance of an appearance at the Game Developer's Conference, which runs from March 23-27.

More news to come as details surface.

Mass Effect was one of my favorite games in 2007 in is my personal top 10 all-time list.

Rumors have it that the decisions you made in the 1st game will carry over into the 2nd game. Sounds ambitious but that would be cool to see especially if you chose not to save the Galactic Council.
