Fable 2 Gets Release Date Update
Molyneux told the site to expect the Fable sequel next year "maybe when the leaves have a slight brownish tinge - but are still on the trees." We're not sure what happens to trees in England (we're pretty sure it has something to do with druids), but here in America, that means fall. Lionhead, now owned by Microsoft, announced Fable 2 in May of this year.
In the chat, Molyneux also dropped hints about Lionhead's next project (which apparently starts with the letters "Mi") and made ambiguous Project Dimitri references.
"I am really, really pushing the powers-that-be to allow me to tell/show the world this new project," Molyneux said. "I know I am prone to say things like 'great', 'revolutionary' and 'ambitious', but this new project its [sic] absolutely great, revolutionary and ambitious!"
