Cacassonne now on XBLA

Carcassonne, the German tile game, is now available on Xbox Live Arcade for download to your Xbox 360. Carcassonne supports single player, Xbox Live Multiplayer up to five people, 1-4 person multiplayer locally and is in HD. The game is approximately 45.8 MB and available for 800 MS points in all Xbox Live regions except South Korea.

I've never understood how games like this, and Hexic can be HD. Does HD really help the appearance any for a game like this?
