Over at good MajorNelson has mentioned yet another snippet that the new dashboard update will bring: The ability to "Graduate" from a child account to an adult account. Apparently, Microsoft Japan has recently held a press conference to go over some of the other additional features to the Xbox 360 Dashboard Update to go along with the new Friend's List feature.
