360V streak news for XBL downtime

I wanted to put all of your minds at ease for all of you gamers here at XBA that are wondering about your game streak on 360 voice for the downtime tomorrow. This is displayed on the homepage at 360Vpoce.com:


Dashboard upgrade - 9/29 - Streaks safe!

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are aware of the outage for the Xbox Dashboard update on Sept 29th. We will be turning off streaks so that no one loses anything. Once the dashboard is back up and everything is verified to be working, we will turn streaks back on...

To be safe though, I encourage anyone with a long streak to try and put in a microblog entry for the day to lock in some gameplay. It is always good to have data!

As always we will keep everyone updated on the Dashboard outage and how it impacts our system.

Yay for new stuff though! I don't know about you, but I am excited for the update. For me, new is always better than same!

I play every day, so it shouldn't be hard to have some data for me. I have to remember not to go for any achs, though, cause i like to see the little date beside mine for doing 'em online.

welp looks like i wont play any xbox 360 games on monday seeing as how i like my achievements to have a time stamp on them. Looks like my PS3 is gunna get its first use of the month.

well tbh, my blog is prolly mad at me..havent gamed in a while...ill put it on vacation and just write a blog...till i can get on live...

my gamerscore has increased alot since i moved :p

75 gs from halo, like 80 from SC4, somewhere near 100 for AC...im at like 9330 or something near there :p
