A poll of retailers sales have been done for this year in game sales, and the following have been rated the top 10 Xbox 360 games for 2009. Note: Some of the games also include the ones sold through MS marketplace.

1. Batman: Arkham Asylum
2. The Beatles: Rockband
3. DJ Hero
4. Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty city.
5. Forza Motorsport 3
6. Assassin's Creed II
7. Dragon Age: Origins
8. Left 4 Dead II
9. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II
10. Splosion Man

I don't think a list comprised of top games based on sales should be called "best games."

That's misleading. I know that a "best games" list would be subjective, but I have a hard time believing that many people would say that DJ hero was a better game than Borderlands.

I know that anyone that shows distaste for Batman AA ends up fighting, so I won't even go there! ;)

I dont agree with left for dead 2,It was just like the first one but different characters and levels could of easily been 40 bucks worth of dlc.
