My fiance and I each got a check today in the mail for $4.25 instead of the $10 that was advertised. If you read about the awarded amounts, there was a maximum amount that Red Bull was obligated to pay and if the number of claims were greater than expected it would reduce the amounts awarded to individual claimants.
So you can thank the internet for letting you know about this suit, but also curse it for letting so many people know as well.
