This is the Waffle Order. In this thread we share games that are then donated to Xbox America for various uses. If you would like to join keep reading.
HOW TO JOIN
1. Visit the Trade In Center. Complete a trade with another member and be confirmed as an honest member.
2. PM me with a game you plan to donate to the waffle thread. NO duplicate games are allowed. Once you have shipped the game out to the designated member you will be added to the list and can receive games. To speed up the process of joining I will let you know to whom to ship the game. I will not do this for future shipments.
BASIC RULES
There are a few simple items to understand about the thread. Games make two rotations through the thread starting at top and going to the bottom of the list. Each game has a color designating the amount of time you are allowed to have the game before it has to ship to the next person. Designations are:
Blue - Two Weeks
Green - One Month
Red - Two Months
Black - Unlimited (within reason) which is reserved for games on second rotation.
-Once the games have made two rotations they are sent to me for holding on to other members to receive later down the road. You do not get to receive your donation back.
- Confirmation numbers are to be used on all shipments.
- Confirmation numbers, game shipped and member the game shipped to are to be posted in this thread for reference.
- YOU are responsible for any games lost/damaged/stolen while it is in your possesion.
- When you have a game it is YOUR responsibility to ship on time - you must start looking for another member to receive the game before your time runs out.
- For any game in the first rotation members have 2 days to respond to a PM/shout. For any game in the second rotation members have 7 days to respond to a PM/shout.
- For members who do not respond to shouts/PMs it can be assumed they do not want the game and you can move on to the next person.
- It is HIGHLY recommended that you message several people at once as people not responding WILL NOT be an acceptable reason to not ship games on time.
- If anyone is late DO NOT message them about it, please contact me so I can handle the situation.
-For rule enforcement you are required to check this first post before shipping games. You are not allowed to ship games to people if they are breaking the rules.
ENFORCEMENT
- If you are late on shipping a game you will not be able to receive ANY games until you ship the late games. You will also not be able to receive new games until you replace a lost/stolen game.
-If you are more than 7 days late you will be moved down 2 spots on the rotation. You will be moved down 2 additional spots for every 7 days you are late (e.g. 14 days late = 4 spots, 21 days late = 6 spots). This rule will be compounded by multiple late games (e.g. 7 days late on 2 games = 4 spots, 14 days late on 2 games = 8 spots).
-Repeat offenders and those already at the bottom of the list MAY be put to "second rotation only" where they will not be allowed to receive any games until they are on second rotation.
-The ONLY time a time rule will not be strictly enforced is when a game shifts from first to second rotation. This will give the member an additional one week on all dates. This rule is vague - PM me if you need clarification.
- If you do not use or post confirmation numbers you will be dropped 1 spot on the list - even if the game is received in good condition by another member. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS!
- If you ignore an update in this first post about not shipping to a member, you MAY be dropped 1 spot on the list.
