This is Waffle Order 3.0. If you want to know what a waffle is, please click here. I would like to note that as this list has grown many of these games are not true "waffles" anymore. If you would like to join the list all we ask is that you are a confirmed honest trader in the Xbox America Trade In Center and you also have to donate a game to the list. Feel free to post on this thread or send me a PM Minioger if you want to join the list. The games start on the top of the list then get passed to the next member on the list. The games will make TWO rotations through the list and then be donated to XBA to be used as a doorstop or be placed underneath a leg of a table to make it more level, or possibly to hold on to for future wafflers. Please check the second post to see which rotation the game is on.
NEW UPDATED RULES!
Games will now have a time limit on the first rotation. Games listed in BLUE will have a 2 week limit from the time you receive them. Games listed in RED will have a 4 week limit from the time you receive them. Games listed in BLACK are on the second rotation and have NO time limit associated with them. Shipping time will not count against anyone so that is why confirmation numbers are still very important!! On the second rotation there will be NO time limit. If a member breaks these rules they will move further down on the list and in extreme circumstances may be moved to the bottom of the list. Confirmation numbers are still a must and have to be posted in this thread. These will be the way that I track whether or not members are adhering to the time limit rules. No messages asking other members when they will finish a game are allowed, except in my case where I will be making sure people know they are coming up on the ship date. If anyone steals/loses/sells/etc a game they will be held responsible for that game. You either replace the game or you will be removed from the thread. Again I may use my discretion in enforcing these rules.
On the first rotation you are expected to start messaging members immediately after receiving the game to ensure you will ship on time. Members must be messaged on XBA and XBL and have 2 days to respond. It is recommended you message a few people at once and let them know you are messaging multiple people so they don't expect a game. On the second rotation members will have 7 days to respond to the message. Anyone who skips (ie goes out of order) when shipping to other members may be removed from the list.
Lastly it is not your job to enforce any of these rules, it is mine. It is at my discretion and I reserve the right to forgive one person and punish another for the same thing. I also reserve the right to change whether a not a game is listed as blue or red, but if I do make a change the person who has it currently will not have to ship it out sooner than they originally thought (they will get the longer of the two times).
