This is the Waffle Order. In this thread we share games that are then donated to Xbox America for various uses. If you would like to join keep reading.
HOW TO JOIN
1. Visit the Trade In Center. Complete a trade with another member and be confirmed as an honest member.
2. PM me with a game you plan to donate to the waffle thread. NO duplicate games are allowed. The initial donation can not be an older sports game (at this point 09 or older). Once you have shipped the game out to the designated member you will be added to the list and can receive games. To speed up the process of joining I will let you know to whom to ship the game. I will not do this for future shipments.
BASIC RULES
There are a few simple items to understand about the thread. Games make two rotations through the thread starting at top and going to the bottom of the list. Each game has a color designating the amount of time you are allowed to have the game before it has to ship to the next person. Designations are:
Blue - Two Weeks
Green - One Month
Red - Two Months
Black - Unlimited (within reason) which is reserved for games on second rotation.
-Once the games have made two rotations they are sent to me for holding on to other members to receive later down the road. You do not get to receive your donation back.
- You may request to be moved down as many spots on a list as necessary should personal problems arise. This is to allow you to retain your spot based on seniority without having to wait an entire rotation for a game.
-With these new rules please note that certain games may bounce back and forth from second to first rotation should someone need to be moved down the list (by his/her own request).
- Confirmation numbers are to be used on all shipments.
- Confirmation numbers, game shipped and member the game shipped to are to be posted in this thread for reference. If you don't post a confirmation number and a game is lost: it is your responsibility.
- YOU are responsible for any games lost/damaged/stolen while it is in your possesion.
-I (Minioger) have a master list of the games and order they are to be shipped. I MUST be contacted, or contact you, for you to ship out a game to the correct party. You may need to contact the person for their address but there are no more need for tons of PMs!
ENFORCEMENT
- Any member who does not ship out a first rotation game by the designated time will become second rotation only. This will be something only reflected on my lists and will not be public knowledge. Bottom line: be respectful of others, if you have stuff going on and may not be able to ship in time, contact me and I will move you a couple spots down the list for a particular game (or games) to help your situation without making you wait too long for a game.
- Shipping out a game without receiving the correct person to contact could result in becoming second rotation only.
- Anyone who has a lost/missing game can not receive more games until the missing game is replaced.
