Sorry to double post, but is the issue that True Achivements is having related to the issue we're having, or are they totally different, or does nobody know, or is Microsoft just the greatest country in all of human history and they're going to give us all free live, free games, free xbones, and reveal a new server that never crashes and never does us wrong?

I was just curious, can Jackson make anyone else here an administrator of the site that can do the duties of Jackson while he isn't around?
Depends. Can anybody here code a website?
Not a website that was completely written by Jackson himself. I think he wrote his own code for this. Most likely, anybody here made into an admin would have no idea what to do.

That actually depends on how well Jackson documented his code and how well someone actually knows HTML and Ajax (and any other programming languages Jackson used for the site). A good programmer might very well be able to understand and // or reverse engineer the site's code (with administrator access to see the underlying code).

To answer this question, I believe the problems are similar as the Xbox API they use isn't returning data which I believe is the same problem this site is having, but that site's problem started just recently while this site (which uses API as well according to Jackson) hasn't been working for a few weeks/months.

I taught myself HTML, XML and CSS a few years back and am familiar with this site's architecture, and from what little I've seen Jackson codes very neatly and transparently.
The issue is that he has been completely unresponsive as far as actually "giving us the keys."

If for some reason you do get keys to the site, can I have the key to the basement. You don't need to know why, just that it is important.

Most of Xbox America is written in PHP. If someone with PHP industry experience wanted to take over Xbox America, I'd be fine with that.
TrueAchievements had a different problem. TrueAchievements hasn't used the the XCDP API since its inception. Microsoft has never given developers access to achievement data, only aggregate gamerscore data. All of the sites providing Xbox Live data do so through internal APIs in violation of Microsoft's terms of service. Microsoft just turns a blind eye.
