Anyone get this? It happens on just about every show I watch that is available in 1080. Sometimes it'll pulse every 15 seconds or so.

Happens to both my Xbox Ones, one is routed through an HDMI 3-port switch and the other is directly into the tv. Both are Samsung LED TVs, same models just different screen sizes. Both use the Amazon basics HDMI values.

Could this be an HDMI cable problem or what? It's been aggravating me lately. Was thinking about getting a 3D/4k cable just to see if there's a difference.

The picture was taken when it was paused at 1080. The quality never drops from 1080, just gets snowy.

I upgraded to the 3D cables a while back. Best investment that I ever made. I was having almost similar issues with just about everything that I had ran through my HDMI ports. Found out I was getting poor transfer rates from the basic cables I was using. If I remember right, I used wish.com to get some new ones. They are based out of China and shipping is just about two weeks, but the price was so inexpensive I could endure the wait. If you use your android phone wish.com has an app, it's Geek. I must warn you though, make sure you are comfortable when you go through that app, you'll spend a huge amount of time going through there and looking at all the stuff they got.

I actually had a similar issue when I was using a switch. for whatever reason Samsung TV's(which I love) have issues using these switches, if the are older it gets even worse. Unplug the switch and the issue shouldn't occur.

Yup, that's exactly what I did. Just ran the Xbox one to the TV itself and bypassed the switch. Kept all my other devices connected to the switch, however. Just weird because it never happened with any games, just Netflix.
