I stayed up nearly all night fooling with my Internet, trying to rule out myself as the problem source. Anyone with bellsouth probably knows they have issues frequently. Around 9am, my Internet problem had resolved itself (as it often does) and I was greeted with the service alert.
Glad to know there are other miserable people out there. Makes me feel less alone.
