This is thread is to get a group to get the achievements before season 1 is over.

Gold i have come close but when the computers always fold, the easy doesn't work. And when real players are involved impossible.

5 million bucks. I can't read or beat the computers. I moved from the diamond to the double then triple then back to the diamond table. So with all my losses i am not even close to 5 million.

Side note. It is impossible to get 4.2 million in one game and even harder to get 27000 exp

My highest exp was 15,000

Its not impossible to get 4.2 million in one game. I ended a live event at the triple diamond table with close to 5 million chips. Also, you don't need to get 27k exp points to get a gold medal. I got my first gold medal at around 17k. You just have to finish within a certain top percentile, which I'm not exactly sure what it is.

For easy exp in events, you just have to know when to fold. You can get a lot of exp just by folding.

I have a question.

When you start at the trip table with 250,000. A end with 100,000. Does that take away 150,000 from your total winnings?

And i know of the call then fold to get smart fold, but when the AI are folding every hand its hard.

Any ideas on easy money to would help

It does NOT count what you lose. Only what you have won.

You do not have to win the $5 million in one show, it is a cumulative amount.

See the flop every time you are the small or big blind if no one raises. If you are not a blind, or if someone raises, ONLY call if you have a pocket pair, or if you have damn good cards.

You cannot just go ALL IN, the CPU will always fold. You have to string bet them. Bet the smallest, if you have a hand, and if you get raised, re-raise the smallest amount. Keep doing this. If they keep raising you, then you can go all in.

Remember to HAVE A HAND. The CPU will mostly only raise you if they have at least a pair. If they re-raise you, they definitely have a pair.

All in all, you just have to play very smart. Also the late night games are your best chance, as less people tend to be on for those.

I got 2 Gold Medals, one with 18k, and once with 19k. Whoever told you 27k is retarded.

$5 million in texas heat MUST be done in a single session for achievement, best strategy is to get upto 1 mill in chips at triple diamond then all-in every good hand you get. If you lose use a life preserver and keep going but if you win the first time, you already have about 2 million earned. By your fourth all in you should have it. Again dont worry about losing, you need to win chips so keep betting good hands and the achievement is yours.

As for gold it used to award it to top 25% rankings in session, but recently it seems like it got patched down to top 20%. Like Pure said, play smart. Fold all your garbage hands, try to call the blind to at least see a flop on your decent hands and call or raise your good ones. Most experience is earned by smart folds, but 2 wins in a row gives same exp for winning streak. Be sure to play 1st full session so you have 20% exp bonus for the next session. Winning 1st at triple diamond table is also a must for the 1250 bonus exp. Gold medal is awarded off RANKING which goes off your exp total after all rewards, NOT your chip total. Bluff a human but dont bluff the computer in texas heat. For an extra advantage, play through career, get used the each A.I.'s play style cause they have the same style in the heat games i have noticed.

As for losing chips, dont worry about it. Texas heat costs nothing to buy into, and only rewards you. Nothing to lose and everything to gain by playing the heat sessions.

Believe me bro, the help is appreciated. This site's all about sharing insight and opinions, I mean, like it or not, it is xbox AMERICA. Don't leave because of what someone says. By god, someone's going to say something that pisses you off. I mean, that's just the way it is.

But anyway, I've got to agree with the OP. The game is pretty frikin tough especially when you end up playing with dudes that seem like they're Hold 'Em pros. However, I'll try and get on and jump with a group of you guys if you set a date and time.

Your tips were all good, Wicked, but this one is not true. I have the $5 million achievement, and have NEVER had over $3 million in chips at any one time. It is cumulative, over the course of the whole Spring season.
