I'd like to find out if it is any good. Looked interesting, but looks can be deceiving.

Oh its a really fun game. Im sure it will be even better when you have 2 or more playing it together.

IGN gave it a 9.0 with the reviewer touting that he "loves this game". I guess its supposed to take place in a 1940ish Steampunk future setting, and it combines RTS, Tower Defense and FPS.

Double Fine, the makers of TRENCHED, has an online form on on the trenchedgame.com web site where you enlist in the Two Headed Baby Brigade, their online Newsletter for the game TRENCHED.
All you need to provide is your Name, Email, and Xbox LIVE Gamertag. Then once they've added you to the Brigade you'll find the Double Fine Orange Camouflage paint job for TRENCHED on the Ship when you load up the game.

I think the game is excellent. Lots of fun, smooth controls, plenty of loot to collect and a silly, testosterone-filled story.
Definately worth downloading the demo to see if you will enjoy it!

I'm downloading the demo now. My buddy is swearing by this game saying that it is outstanding.

Oh you will like it. I haven't stopped playing it since it came out. If you decide to get it let me know and I will add you to my friends list.

How easy/hard are the achievements?

The achievements are pretty easy if you have a group of capable friends on your side. There are 20 of them, not the usual 12. This is a fun game, but besides beating the campaign and getting all the achievements, I see no point to continue playing. If they added a survival mode or map editor mode, i'd continue playing.

The achievments are pretty easy. Only one i had trouble with was beating a map with 4 people, someone would always drop or lose connection. Other than that was a good achievment list. Have you decided to try it yet ShadowMachine X?
