My 360 had a hardware failer on x-mas day so now I have to send it into microsoft to be repaired. They told me I should get the box to put it in on tuesday and that it would be sent overnight air to them than it would take them 4 to 6 days to fix it and it would be sent overnight air back to me. The good thing is I dont have to pay anything microsoft pays for it all.

Did you get it on Christmas day? Or you just happen to be playing it on Christmas Day and it happened?

Merry eff'in X-mas right? That sucks bro, hang in there. Know some other folks that are having problems and from the sounds of it, don't get hung up on that 4-6 day turn around....especially this time of year. Couple of folks are past 10 days and are nearing 2 weeks. Who knows though...

I had it a week before x-mas so heres an update. I gut the box to ship it in on the 28th microsoft is doing the shipping using DHL. It was overnight air shipped to the repair center in TX it gut there on the 29th at 8:05 am. So thats where its at now should take 3 to 6 days to fix it and than overnight air shipped back to me.
