So I've been on a MASSIVE Assassins Creed kick lately, i've been on a rampage to 100% each game in the series for the Xbox 360.
Going backwards in the series (yes I know) I've finally reached the very first game and I have to say....besides a chunk of Revelations, AC1 looks visually the best out of all of them...
Is it just me that thinks this or am I crazy?
Now it's sure to say that the worlds aren't nearly as detailed as the other games and the animations/voice acting and dynamic daytime cycle make the first one a long shot from the finer points of the game but the over all visual pop and smoothness/shading looks better in the first game than ANY of the entire series.
That and I noticed that all the characters look "larger" instead of smaller as they did in each of the other games, giving it a more realistic look overall.
Does anyone notice this or have an answer to why this is?
It just seems like visually the game is much more sharper, hardly any grainy textures like in previous titles, you'd think they would have taken the engine and cranked it up with additional features like they did, without sacrificing true HD visual integrity.
