You don't have to be amazing to do them. I did them all, not much trouble except for Echo. I would help you, but I'm really not into COD right now haha sorry

If you still need help with doing the specialy ops send me a message on xbox live...I have completed them 4 or 5 times already with different friends, so I have no problem running through them as long as you are a fairly decent shot and willing to use some team work.

LMFAO! Quote of the year WIN. And yea i dont kno what ur smokin saying u have to be really good at CoD to do these. I 1000ed this game in like 3 days and did all the spec ops with one of my friends on Veteran in a few hours. Only 2 of them are actually difficult, the juggernauts with only explosives and knives and the 10 juggernaut one.

You shoud set up an event, that would be much more effective.
I read the idea from AJ's thread somewhere

You still have to be good at CoD to do any of this stuff on veteran, some people are just bad at first person shooters and this will be a challenge for them. If you are anywhere decent at first person shooters though it shouldn't be a problem at all...and as far as the juggernaut levels there are cheap methods for beating them that work every time...They are lame as hell, but they work for those of you who are stuck, ha
If you take one player and lay them behind a wall out of the line of fire but close enough to revive their buddy, while their buddy lays in the only doorway to the area knifing over and over the other guy just heals them in the doorway....It will take you a really long time and will be no fun at all. I personally recommend just playing over and over until you figure it out....but if you have to be cheap these methods really work.
In the explosives one (Favela) you just run all the way to the right and in one of the houses there is a doorway into a room with no windows where the one guy will lie behind a dresser.
On the Oil Rig or whatever it is, the best place is the helipad. One can lie behind the wall of the last doorway in while the other guy is in the doorway. Otherwise, I recommend a sniper on the helipad in the back area with the other guy noob tubing the doorway...
Hope some of this helps, although I am pretty sure it is all common knowledge.
