My opinion. If your that good at Rock Band 2, then starting a new account is not the problem.
It's you giving in! Just creating a new account with your Mom's permission.
You seem like a good kid. But, whether you did it or not! Or if your brother did it.
Quit laying blame. Man up. You know in your heart & mind who did it.

Then you want to trade 12.28.09 a month card for 48 hr.
We all went through this with you then.

So, nothing has changed. Try taking baby steps.
1. Get your Mom to understand what Live is all about. (Have her talk to an Adult Gamer or a Manager of a Game Store)
2. Keep your self out of trouble.
3. Take your art of negotiations to a higher level. (Good grades = money towards a Live card. If my 8yr old son can do it, I believe you could too. Especially, seeing how you try it on here.)
4. Quit begging. Find a way to earn it yourself.
As a Dad, I would be highly upset, that you took your Mom's Credit Card without her truly knowing what you were doing with it.
That in itself is the wrong. Then trying to play it off like nothing bad happen. Fraud is fraud. Your lucky you didn't get in any legal trouble. Or did you?
You could have bought a Microsoft Points card and not had any of this mess on you.
