the red ring of death is the xbox gamer's worst nightmare. it can literally kill an xbox. we all need to know what we can do to combat this menace to our gaming lives. i personally had experiance with the red ring last night at 5:30. it was my first legit red ring, because it said System Error. netherless, i was ready to shit myself. i immediately unplugged it and felt the back of it, scorching hot. so i cooled it off, dampened a towel and wrapped it in it, turned on my AC, and let it sit for 30 min. it seems to be okay now, but its obvious the effects are there. it freezes on games constanty. i still dont know what to do, so, an advice would be great.
