What gives / deducts XP points. I went from over 200 to under 100 and dont know why while my friend went from ounder 200 to over 400 and don't know how / why.

I know that if you kill your teammates online, or kill your teammates in the story your XP goes down. Also, if you leave a game early...all the XP you earned will not count for you. That also includes the ACES. Like, if you gain a rank in your ACES and you leave the game early, the bonuses you gain from the rank will not carry through.
