anyone know of a place where i can buy water breathing potions?? or steal them for that matter.. my friend also said he has a water breathing ring.. anyone with the game guide should find this fast (i dont have one)

During the Mage's Guild questline, I was given the spell Buoyancy, which is water breathing and feather... It works well enough..

I think it's the alteration skill. It may be cheating, but to get it up quick you can use the arrow dupe trick on a majika potion. Then find something with an easy or less lock (the desk at the top floor of Bruma mage guild works since it's not stealing), and just keep casting your open easy lock spell repeatedly and drinking potions. It should take less than 5 minutes.

thanks pasta, i'll try that out and see what happens
EDIT: i cant even use the spell lock because it is too high haha
anyways, i used scales, golden rod seeds, and onions to make 3 or 4 water breathing potions for 29 seconds and i completed the quest.. you only need two of the 3 ingredients to make the potion though
