It looks interesting, like just the right mix of Spy Hunter and Paperboy. Might check it out.

Yeah, I might. It's made with the Unreal Engine (but really, what ins't these days?) so it'll probably look decent. Being developed by the same company that made Crackdown is a good sign that it will be quality. I also like the reported inclusion of Last.fm compatibility to make your own soundtrack, but I tend to do that with Winamp for MMOs anyways.
My big fear is that it will play like GTA. I really don't love GTA like, what seems like, the rest of creation. The concept is nice and I hope they add incentives to being on one side or the other so the two factions don't become imbalanced. Trying to envision WoW meets San Andreas' gang wars side missions.
