I completely agree with everything he had to say. I have privacy settings on strictly because I'm tired of hearing anyone but my friends on XBL. Especially the 8 year olds with a worse mouth than a sailor.
Parents should not be buying their kids M rated games period. I had to wait until I was legal age to buy them; sure it sucked but I dealt with it.

The only point I do not agree with is where he states multiple times that kids should not have access to M-rated games. I personally do not think that it is the gaming industry's responsibility to tell me what games my kids should or should not be exposed to. It is my job as a parent to monitor my children's games and make sure that they understand what they are seeing. By that statement alone though, it should be obvious that I completely agree with everything else that was said in the article, and I wish that more parents would use video games as an opportunity to spend time with their children rather than as a babysitter.

If you don't like listening to dipshit kids then mute 'em or block communications like I do. There's always gonna be dipshits online whether they're juveniles or not.

if my parents heard a fraction of the shit kids say on XBL id have no XBL. its mostly those little kids who sound like they're 10, tell you they're 16, then cuss you out. i just mute everyone unless im in a party with them. that's the wonders of technology. you dont like it, you don't deal with it
