I don't have a lot of experience with phpBB, but I wrote Xbox America with the same language behind phpBB, php. I might to be able to help with a specific question but without being familiar with phpBB's database or structure I might be of limited use.

Well i'm trying to do so much to it. But the main thing is the style. They give you so many pre-made styles which you can alter. I altered a style that I like but its missing the post reply buttons and post new thread which are both needed. Every style is missing those actually except the default style which i'm using and I don't know where in the code to put it or even what to put.
I would suggest looking at the original code and using searching through it (ctrl + F or its appropriate alternative) and searching for Post and post reply, becasue often times in codes like that things are clearly labeled. Thats what i would try, then i would jus hit google if that didnt work.

well i finally tweaked a layout and got it right... all buttons are in play. now if only i had a logo instead of a blank header we would be awesome.
Lol I'll see what i can do after these exams.
