Kinda pissed. Whoever hacked it sent out an e-mail for some damn health store to most of my family and to important other e-mail addresses, like my lawyer.

Ugh...5 years I've had it secure. WTF.

Anyone else have e-mail addy's hacked recently? If so, aside from changing your password, what other precautions did you take to resecure it? I don't want this crap to happen again.

Sorry to hear that.

The only thing you can really do is pick a secure password. If the service allows it, use special characters like asterisks or ampersands in your password. Ideally, there should be no recognizable words or patterns in your password. It can make it more difficult to remember, but honestly, it's not too hard to get down if you check your email often.
