so last saturday i had my 1st flawless game on modern warfare 2. i was so excited! i did 15-0. yeah i know not that high ive had some games where i did 26-4 which i think is an excellent game. but a week later and im still gloating on my flawless run on derail.
i was using my sniping class:
Primary: WA2000- silencer
Secondary: n/a
Equipment: Claymore
Grenade: Stun x2
Perk 1: One Man Army Pro
Perk 2: Cold-Blooded Pro
Perk 3: Steady Aim Pro
Deathstreak: Final Stand
the kill streaks i use are:
4 kills: Care Package
6 kills: Precision Airstrike
8 kills: Emergency Airdrop
i use the WA2000 for 1 reason:
1) very little or no recoil (i am not the best sniper out there and the recoil on the intervention is insane)
i use one man army for my sniper class for 2 reasons:
1) allows you to get first blood with the ability to not camp by switching to an assault class
2) if you run out of ammo you are not stuck with your secondary weapon you can easily switch to another class
i use final stand for 1 reason while sniping:
1) it gives you the ability to get back up if someone shoots you
as for my kill streak rewards…
1) i love the care package. i must have some good luck thus far because i always end up with air support e.g. harrier strike, stealth bomber, attack helicopter, pavelow, and a chopper gunner. (probably just lost my good luck)
2) i just picked the precision airstrike because its in the middle of the care package and the emergency airdrop
3) i never take my own emergency airdrop! did you know that you get 250xp for every care package you share with your team… always good to know, and helps level up slightly faster.
ok… back to brag about my flawless…
yes derail is an easy map to snipe on. and yes i did camp. i tend to be a tactical camper in some games. my spawn was on the south end of the map where the water tower is. i ran directly to the gas station: where the A flag would be. i went to the top of that building and waited. just pass the creek is a high traffic area where everyone flocks to the offices in the middle. if you kneel down behind the air vents its very hard for them to see you unless they have a thermal scope. it also gives you a great view of the warehouse where a sniper will be in 2 places: 1) on the 3rd story rooftop that over looks the loading dock. and 2) the 2nd story window to the right. also if you run and jump to the top of the garage and stay behind the vents there you can pick off anyone who is trying to flank you from the woods. and thats what i did that game. jumping back and forth from rooftop to rooftop and hiding behind the vents.
please leave comments of you best flawless match. if you can tell me the class you used why you used it. along with your kill streaks, and your style of game play e.g. camper, rushing, tactical camper and so forth..
