I got a wireless microphone (not headset) today for our collection of Guitar Hero games and the damn thing won't connect to the console. I'm going through the steps and it seems like the lights are responding as they should but the console won't recognize the mic. I've also noticed that the mic lights flash blue every 20 seconds or so. Insight, anyone?

Solved. I have several of the GH games and not all of them are compatible with the wireless mic. I just found that information online. Apparently it's up to the developers to issue an update allowing the use of the wireless mic.
And Circus, thank you for clarifying. I left out that important detail that the controller connected without difficulty as usual. Up to four wireless mics can be used through one controller.
