I don't have that problem, but I can't use my codes because my EA account isn't synced to my gamertag. But when I do sync it, it says that my account is already in use. Lots and lots of people are having the same problems.

Thats exactly what i had to do and it was supposed to work and it said the same thing that it was already in use. We better get what we pre ordered for

Yeah this is getting rather annoying.
I tried the live chat thing 3 times. All 3 times I waited for 30 mins and the chat got canceled on me. After reading people were on hold for hours with customer service I decided a different approach by emailing them. The only response I've gotten so far is they sent me an email asking me to verify my account. I did that and I signed in EA.com and it said account verified. Other than that nothing has happened yet and I'm getting rather pissed.

My codes went thru without a hitch. Cerberus Code is entered from in-game. Armor codes are online. I made sure my Gamertag was synced before I redeemed the code, and I did not click the "Download" button, since they specifically tell you not to if you are using the armor on Xbox.

This happened to me a long time ago trying to link my stats from battlefield bad company i sent EA an e-mail and my gamertag sure enough was linked to my moms e-mail from about three years ago. Just make sure its linked to the right e-mail or call EA not microsoft.
