Ok, i followed the instructions to enter the code online with my ea account and now that i did that it is saying i need to do it on my xbox. I tried it and it says its in use. EA and Bioware suck

If you are trying to get this to work you need to enter the code on the main menu of the game. Press Y and Cerberus menu will pop up. After the code is accepted click the extra content button and queue up download for the normandy crash site mission. Then to get the mission to download you need to dashboard out of the mass effect menu for a few minutes.

The thing is that I already typed both the codes in on the website and it still didnt work, now that im doing the Cerberus code on the main menu it is telling me that it is already in use. Should I just buy the cerberus network? but if I buy the cerberus network and then still have to use some ms points for the dlc then im contacting them and getting my money back b/c it should have been free all along

I believe if you call up EA and explain what happened to them then they may give you a differant code to use so you can fix the problem. But it could work like my code for the collectors armor and weapon. when i entered it online it didnt show up on the cerberous network until i restarted my xbox. so you could always try that.

once you restart your xbox then go back to the cerberous dlc area in the main menu you should have your gamestop weapon and armor available for download. thats what i had to do to get the collectors edition weapons and armor.
