So, I've been debating about this one for a while, and even mentioned this to a couple people on the site. However I am currently going to be selling the Japanese console that I have. Although I would personally recommend a new xbox 360 for someone, this would be a good starter Japanese console for someone who doesn't quite have the money to buy a $300+ console and have it shipped.

Yes, it is an NTSC-J console and will play Japanese games. It will also play any region free games (like half of the US games).
It is an older console, Nov 2005 is the manufacture date (No HDMI).
Yes, it did just recently red ring for the first time, and Evol repaired it.

American power supplies work for this type of console. I will ship it with a power supply (which happens to be an American power supply). I'm currently looking for a spare video cable to send with it.
No I am not including any games in with it. I am selling some if you are interested.
No there is no hard drive included. American hard drives work just fine.
Yes, I still have a Japanese console available to me, so I will play/boost some Japanese games with you, assuming I haven't sold them!
