Well these aren't really "hidden" games but my favorite iPod Touch games are Peggle, Blocked, Bejeweled 2, and Super Monkey Ball... between those I'm pretty much set, they keep me busy. 
I've got a jailbroken iPod Touch so I'm also able to play pokemon yellow on it, which is EPIC That requires "hacking" into your iPod, you can do some research on jailbreaking your ipod and figure it out if you wanted... can be a difficult process if you don't know what you're doing though.

well, any of those PLUS+ enabled games are good lol cuz they have achievements and points associated with them that add up on your profile across all your games. its almost like a 360 on your ipod! haha
by the way @leeroy, MOST people know what jailbreak is. they either dont want to bother learning how to do it, cant find anybody that will do it for free, or dont think its right to steal apps...

well...the name is better then its old one, the iSlate...but...its still kinda weird imo. its like you took a laptop screen, made it touch screen, and put the iphone/itouch interface on it (like when you hit the home button on a itouch/iphone, how its designed/looks)
