-_- that's just stupid, how are they going to condense a 250+ still ongoing anime into a 2 hour movie? they're probably going to just cover the first few dozen episodes with a made up ending so they don't have to go into the other arcs...

I think they should keep anime as anime rather then make live action movies that normaly ruin the anime.

meh, I suspect it could be something like inuyasha movies.
And ignoring the last dragon ball z movie, they made quite a few, each concentrated on a part of a saga ;p
Don't think that something like live action would really work though, the only LA movie I ever liked was Death Note, and because it was originally filmed in japanese.
May be if they concentrated on one of the main conflicts in the earlier episodes, and were REALLY good at picking cast..
