How can I change my gamer picture to say, the xbox america pic?

well to just change ur gamer pic u go to the tab with ur avatar and ur GS. then u go to edit profile then gamer pic. but to make it the xba logo u would have to take a photo of it somehow i guess with the vision cam and save it to ur console.
