Not sure if this has been suggested before but I would love to see genre based leaderboards. Perhaps you could even sort out leaderboards for genre and zone combined.

A seperate leaderboard by each gaming genre and region is what I think he's going for. 1 for shooting, RPGs, sports games, etc.

I know 360voice does something like that by sorting your games by genre, but I don't think XBA can really do that with as many people as we have on the site.

Very impractical and unnecessary. Not to mention most games can be classified as more than one genre.

Well, MGC did it fine... I just thought since they were gone someone would step up and take their place. Since the 360Voice one is a garbage list and missing a lot of titles from each genre. Also all the games are already genre classified in your listings, I don't see how it would be that impractical, as for unnecessary: I as well as others play mainly RPGS, I will probably never be listed in the overall scores because RPGs are much harder to get points in. However, a genre listing for them would allow people that specialize in a genre to compete in said genre, which would create less of a ridiculous gap between the high scores and the mid scores in some cases.
