In order for complaints to work the people can't be on your friends list and you have to find them in a game online. If people from here just typed in your gamertag and filed a complaint Microsoft would know.

But I think the corporate antics and tricks Microsoft play's on there customers is bullshit. A good example is when they baned the million xbox live members right before X-Mas, or charging someone who wants to change there fucken xbox live name.

Ahhh, You must be referring to the million people who were banned for having modded 360's. Some of the members here had that happen. That's what happens when you mod your box and get on LIVE with it. Break the rules, pay the consequences. I'll be sure to shed a tear for each and every one of them.
I know they explained this once before. I think it had to do with keeping people from changing their name every other day or so. If you have to pay to change your name, you will be more likely to practice caution while choosing your name. Unless you're Knuckle Puck, no offense meant Knuckle Puck, just messin with ya.
