Fast and Easy 200/200
Beards & Beaks
Breeze - quick and easy 50/50 and free
BubbleTown 2 - a cakewalk
Butterfly - easy but no longer available for purchase
Cro-Mag Rally - not a very good game though
Collapse - can knock out all the achievements in 10 minutes easy. Easiest 200/200 on WP thus far
Doodle God - if you use a guide
Flowerz - if you're good at puzzles
Fruit Ninja - very fun too, great time killer. A few of the acheivements you'll need some luck for, but nothing real bad
Ghostscape - this is an Sierra/LucasArts style adventure game. It's not very long and you can use a walkthrough if you just can't be bothered
Implode - with a guide
IonballEX - and it's only 99 cents
Kinectimals
Monopoly - very easy and quick, you can knock out all 200 in just a few short games
Need for Speed Undercover - you just need to grind a little bit before the last few races to upgrade your car some
Pac-Man CE DX
Spider Jack
Sudoku - easy 50/50 and free, you can also use one of the numerous Sudoku solvers on the web to help you along
Toy Soldiers: Boot Camp - it's a collection of 3 mini games and only 1 is any fun though
Uno - another fun time killer
Woman's Murder Club
Intermediate 200/200 - need more skill and/or grinding
Angry Birds – everyone knows what Angry Birds is. Ridiculously addictive and not hard to 200/200 if you use one of the numerous video guides on-line. This will be a bit time consuming though to max.
Assassin's Creed - this would be a wonderful game if not for the crappy virtual controls you have to use. But checkpoints are very generously spread out. Achievements are either story or kill related, so you can power on through if you persevere
Bullet Asylum - this is a missle defense game. there are a few achievements that may take you a few tries to get but nothing too bad.
Bug Village - Free to download and you can use the time glitch to get the one labor intensive achievement
Castlevania Puzzle - fun game, esp. if you're a SOTN fan. You have to grind a lot to get the card collection achievements and some of the later battles are tough if you're not ready for them.
Civ Revolution - almost all the achievements are for winning a game with each civ. So you'll need a lot of playthroughs but you can play on chieftain difficulty. Domination victory is ALWAYS the fastest. If you spawn close to an enemy capital, it is possible to take it without fighting. Scenarios with lowered win conditions can be played quickly, especially "The Lightning Round". It is easy to win with veteran catapults, learn the tech tree to get them asap and build some barracks.
de Blob - not bad if you're good at solving puzzles quickly
Fable: Coin Golf
Feed Me Oil: Another fun physics-based game. It's only 99 cents right now. There are video guides for every level if you're lazy.
Full House Poker - relatively easy, if you like Poker this is a good purchase
GeoDefense - most of the achievements are easy, the later levels can get pretty tough. Use a guide if you need help.
GeoDefense Swarm - there are a ton of useful guides out there to ease the pain some. these are really fun games.
Glyder - a bit time consuming, but a fun game. Get the phoenix wings ASAP by getting the key in oasis and then using it on the gates in the fire level. These make all the objectives much easier to complete.
Hydro Thunder Go! - a really pretty racing game. Nothing is too bad once you earn enough credits to unlock the better boats.
Ilomilo - a lite verison of the XBLA Ilomilo. Super easy after playing that one, and much shorter, many of the levels are the exact same levels. There's also a full video guide if you just can't be bothered.
Minesweeper - free and worth 50/50. You have to grind some for the last achievement though.
Monstafish - most of them are really easy, there's one that requires you to care for a fish tank for 2 hours cumulative and a semi-difficult skill based achievement for time attack mode. This is only 99 cents right now.
Orbital - relatively easy
Parachute Panic - fun but there are some difficult acheivements and you'll need to invest some time to get them all
OMG - nothing real hard here. there is an achievement to play the game for 3 cumulative hours though.
Oregon Trail - fun game, but you'll need a few playthroughs to get them all and you'll have to grind for the hunting acheivements
Rocket Riot - not bad, but you'll need to grind out some of the last acheivements. 200 should take you 4-5 hours.
Shuffle Party - Free and worth 50/50, the controls aren't the best though
Really Hard/Time Consuming to Max
Final Fantasy - Since it's an old school JRPG lots of time consuming grinding is required in order to be strong enough to beat some of the harder bosses. There's also an achievement to beat the game in under 8 hours, which will probably require another playthrough, and another to beat a new superboss in all 8 forms that you'll have to be very strong in order to do. A really fun classic game but a huge time sink.
