the code that came for the avatar awards didnt work for me i wanted to know if that is the same for everybody or just me

i did the member thing got the points and it brought me to a code page but the codes for the avatar awards didnt work

strange... it should work. did you make sure you entered the code correctly into your "Redeem Code" page?
another possibility is that your avatar is male and you tried using the female code, or vice versa. that won't work.

i put in the male one and made sure it was right multiple times is there a way to get to that page from the website to see the codes again cause my internet closed the page on me after a few min

i'm not sure how to get back to that page -_- i copied and pasted my extra one to a MS Word document to save it. look around your profile page to see if you can, or try entering the code again on the site

to be honest, if you send them an e-mail, they probably won't get back to you or take a very long time to do so! my experiences in dealing with big companies like this just gave me a bad impression of them, even though it may or may not be true. but it doesn't hurt to try...

mmmm yeah, i think it was a bad idea from the start that you attempted to use the codes this early. i'm betting their servers are overloaded because of the amount of people doing the same thing you are lol.
