This guy is handing my my head in less than 1 minute. First step is to use Libra on him to find his weakness and then start fighting him. By the time I am done with Libra, my characters all have a list of status effects on them. My party consists of Fang, Vanille and Lightning. Any suggestions would be very helpful, thank you.

I am not looking to 5* him, I just want to get him done. I need to go back and 5* a bunch of past missions.
All of my characters are maxed on their 3 primary roles and I am working on bringing up their other stats. Most of those only go to 1. I heard/read somewhere that later in the game the stats all go to 5. Is that true? 5? That's going to be a LONG grind if it is true.
